Location

The island (900 x 500m) is located on the edge of the Faafu Atoll, surrounded by an almost untouched coral reef. Destination airport Male approx. 118 km away, reachable in approx. 35 minutes by seaplane and a further 15 minutes by Dhoni wooden boat.

The resort has 118 rooms, a reception, a souvenir shop and a small library. The gastronomic area includes an à la carte restaurant with international cuisine and beautiful sunset views, and a main restaurant with buffet dishes. There are also two bars – the main bar and the Sunset Bar with a swim-up area. The swimming pool with sun terrace is located at the Sunset Bar and offers fantastic sunset views. Beach towels and sun loungers are available free of charge on the beach and on the sun terrace.

In terraced bungalows (approx. 56 sqm) stylishly furnished with a semi-open bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe and terrace with loungers (VSU/VSE/VS3).

Deluxe Villa

Located in detached bungalows (approx. 67 sqm) and, with otherwise identical facilities, also feature a bathtub and a seating area (V2D/V3D).

Water Villa

With otherwise identical facilities to the Deluxe Villa, these are more spacious (approx. 90 sqm) and built on stilts over the lagoon. They also feature a private whirlpool and a terrace with a wooden swing and direct access to the sea (W2V).

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Seaplane: Usually operates for expected arrivals/departures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Speedboat: Operates for expected arrivals/departures between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Domestic flights: Usually operates for arrivals/departures between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 intermediate landings.
If your arrival/departure is outside the above times, due to bad weather, or if there are extended waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
