Location

The hotel is located on Mudhdhoo Island in the Baa Atoll, which is the first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Maldives. Transfer is by domestic flight (approx. 20 minutes) and speedboat (another 10 minutes). Transfer by seaplane (bookable for an additional charge) takes approximately 35 minutes.

Facilities

The hotel, designed in Thai style, offers a total of 94 rooms. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, and a boutique. For culinary delights, there are a total of four restaurants and bars, including the "Sea Grill" restaurant with seafood specialties and international cuisine, the "SALA" restaurant with vegan dishes, and the "Benjarong" restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine with views of the Indian Ocean. Additionally, the resort features an infinity swimming pool, one of the largest in the Maldives at 750 m².

Beach Villa (approx. 122 m²)

The villas are stylishly furnished and feature a semi-open bathroom with bathtub/toilet, plus an outdoor rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct-dial telephone, flat-screen TV with entertainment system and a large movie selection, minibar (for a fee), wine fridge (for a fee), Nespresso machine, electric kettle for tea preparation, and a safe. Furnished terrace with sea view. (2BV) Available for an additional charge also with a private plunge pool (VPZ), or Beach Front with a private pool (V2H).

Waterfront Pool Villa (approx. 150 m²)

With otherwise the same amenities as the Beach Villas, the Waterfront Pool Villas feature an indoor bathroom and are built over the lagoon with a private pool on the sun deck and direct access to the sea. (WVP)

Overwater Pool Villa (approx. 180 m²)

With the same amenities as the Beach Villas, these are slightly larger and offer direct access to the sea. The Ocean Villas are accessible via a jetty and are located closer to the reef edge. (OP2)

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for arrivals/departures between approximately 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for arrivals/departures between approximately 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or for longer waiting times upon entry, a connecting overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on island location) and currently often domestic flights are only operated during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
