Location

Located on the northwestern edge of the North Ari Atoll. The house reef is approximately 50 m away. The transfer time from Male Airport is about 25 minutes by seaplane.

The hotel on the small island, measuring approximately 300 x 250 m, features 37 rooms spread across beach bungalows and overwater villas. The well-maintained and lushly tropical grounds include a reception, a small library, and a boutique with a tailor for custom clothing. For dining, there are 2 bars and 2 restaurants. The main restaurant "Veli" offers a selection of Asian, international, and Mediterranean dishes. The à la carte restaurant "Thari," built on stilts over the sea, allows guests to watch their fresh meals being prepared in its open show kitchen. Further amenities on the island include a spa area offering a diverse range of beauty treatments, intensive and soothing relaxation massages, and yoga classes (included daily). Sun loungers and beach towels are included.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the "Veli" restaurant. Coffee and cake/pastries in the afternoon. Soft drinks, mineral water, beer, wine, espresso, and coffee during meals. Coffee and cake in the afternoon. Selected local spirits and soft drinks at the bar between 9 AM and 11 PM.

Sports included

Canoeing, beach volleyball, small fitness room, and yoga classes.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operational for estimated arrival/departure from 5 AM to 11 PM.
Domestic flight: Operational for estimated arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4 PM.
Seaplane: Operational for estimated arrivals/departures from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 stops.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or for extended immigration waiting times, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently most domestic flights only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a double occupancy with 1 or 2 children, there may be a total of only 1 or 2 large beds available. Consequently, it is possible that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child may have to sleep in the parents' bed.
