Location

The hotel is situated on a 1 km long private sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Oman, nestled between the Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman.
It is just a short drive from the city center and attractions such as Mutrah Souk, Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, and the National Museum of Oman. It offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Oman and is surrounded by lush gardens.

The Double Rooms Deluxe Resort View (DPB/DPE) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe Mountain View, but with a view of the beautiful gardens and pool area.

Double Room Deluxe Lagoon Access

The Double Rooms Deluxe Lagoon Access (LA2/LA1) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe Mountain View, but with a terrace and direct access to the pools.
Please note that your booked room has direct access to a shared pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty.
If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for their supervision.

Local Customs and Etiquette:
Omanis are known for their warmth and hospitality. Visitors should respect local customs by dressing conservatively, especially at religious sites. Public displays of affection are generally avoided, and loud or disruptive behavior is discouraged.
Photography and Drones:
Always ask for permission before photographing people. Avoid taking pictures of government buildings and military sites. Flying drones without a license is illegal.
Alcohol and E-cigarettes:
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed at licensed venues such as hotels and restaurants, with the legal drinking age being 21. Visitors may also purchase at the airport duty-free. Public intoxication is prohibited. E-cigarettes are illegal in Oman.

Seasonal information

During the holy month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions on hotel operations. Additionally, hotels may use this time for maintenance and minor renovations, which could lead to disruptions such as pool closures. Furthermore, some restaurants may be closed as meals may not be served everywhere.
