Location

Hotel El Mansour is located directly on one of the most beautiful, gently sloping sandy beaches in Mahdia on the Tunisian east coast. The beach extends for about 20 km and invites you to take long walks and enjoy swimming. The surroundings are touristically developed, and the hotel itself impresses with its elegant architecture in Moorish-Andalusian style. The center of Mahdia is about 3 km away, and shops are only about 1 km away. A bus stop is located 200 m from the hotel. Monastir International Airport is about 50 km away, and Enfidha Airport is about 125 km away.

Facilities

The hotel (formerly One Resort El Mansour) has 307 rooms, of which 257 are in the main building and 50 in the bungalow area. The bungalow area is about 30-100m from the main building. The hotel's amenities include a lobby with a reception, two indoor pools (one is closed from June to August, the indoor pool in the wellness area is subject to a fee), a main restaurant, 3 themed restaurants ("Cape Nao" with Mediterranean specialties, "Al Sofra" with Tunisian specialties, and "Be Beach" directly on the beach (for a fee)), and several bars as well as a Moorish café (for a fee). Part of the rooms and the restaurants were freshly renovated in the summer of 2025.
In the outdoor area, there is a spacious pool with a separate children's pool and 4 slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels (against deposit) are available to guests on the sun terrace. The beach bar is located on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are also available.

Double Room

These rooms have a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (15.6.-15.9.), safe, telephone, mini-fridge (one bottle of water and one soft drink are included upon arrival), balcony or terrace (D). Double rooms with pool view (PD) or sea view (DM) can also be booked at an additional cost. They are also available for single occupancy (DE, DEM, DEP) or as single with child occupancy (D1K, D1M, D1P).
Alternatively, they can also be booked as Super Saver rooms at a special price (limited availability) (SSZ).

Superior Bungalow

The bungalows have the same amenities as the double rooms and additionally feature a small garden area. They are located in the second row from the beach (B12).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious, with an additional bedroom (DF2). Rooms with sea view (F2M) can also be booked at an additional cost.

Superior Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have been renovated and feature a more modern look (DSU, ESU, 1DS). Rooms with sea view (DMU) and single occupancy (ESU/EMU) and as single with child (1DS/1SS) can also be booked at an additional cost.

Breakfast (7 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6 PM - 9 PM) are served buffet-style. Reservations are required for dinner at the themed restaurants (restaurants "Cape Nao" and "Al Sofra" included). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
Snacks and drinks are available to guests in "Joe's Lounge" around the clock.

Sports included

The hotel has three tennis courts with free racket and ball rental (tennis lessons and floodlighting for a fee). Other sports facilities include table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, beach volleyball, beach soccer, water polo, boccia, darts, and frisbee. In addition, there are regular sports tournaments.
The fitness and wellness area offers aerobics, step aerobics, power aerobics, dance aerobics, aqua gym, power stepping, Nordic walking, jump rope, morning jogging with a guide, and guided walks.

Sports for a fee

The hotel has three tennis courts with free racket and ball rental (tennis lessons and floodlighting for a fee). Various water sports activities are also provided by local providers.

Children's program

A diverse program of activities is offered for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17, adapted to their age groups. This includes group games, board games, and various tournaments in sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, tennis, and various water and beach games (e.g., water polo, beach volleyball, water polo). Fitness activities for older children and teenagers are also part of the program.
Creative and mentally stimulating activities such as painting, puzzles, sensory and logic games, as well as theater performances, foster imagination and social interaction. For younger children, there are additional activities such as afternoon cinema, children's dancing, beach parties, and special meal times ("Krick Krack") accompanied by a member of the animation team.
Special highlights include the "Kids’ Circle of Life" and "Healthy Kids" programs for the little ones, as well as the "Music Factory" with music and dance competitions for older children and teenagers. For teenagers, there is also a special event with a movie night that lasts into the night.
There is also a children's pool.

Wellness

The Thalassotherapy Center BLUE Spa (for a fee) offers various treatments such as massages, hydromassages, seawater therapy, algae treatments, sauna, hammam, as well as an indoor pool (100 sqm) and a beauty salon.
