Location

The new Anaya Resort Zanzibar, scheduled to open in June 2026, is located on the stunning northeast coast of Zanzibar, near the authentic village of Pwani Mchangani. Nestled within lush tropical gardens, it offers guests a place of tranquility and exclusivity, situated directly on a turquoise lagoon. Abeid Amani Karume International Airport is approximately a 60-minute drive away.

Facilities

The Anaya Resort Zanzibar meets the highest standards for discerning travelers, offering a high-quality all-inclusive concept and guaranteeing a carefree stay. It combines culinary diversity, excellent service, and exclusive amenities in an exceptional ambiance. The resort features 132 spacious and elegantly designed rooms spread across 18 pavilions, each with 6 or 8 units. Five restaurants offer a varied, high-quality cuisine, and all services are included in the all-inclusive concept: "Ladha" – the main restaurant with international buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), "Mawimbi" (lunch and dinner) inspired by spicy tropical cuisine, "Nzuri" – Mediterranean cuisine, fresh and aromatic (open for lunch and dinner), "Raha" (open for dinner) – a stylish restaurant focusing on fish and seafood, and "Nyota Lounge Bar" – an elegant, relaxed open-air atmosphere with snacks, tapas, and South American-inspired ceviches. Prestige Garden Double Room (2P)

The modern and brightly decorated Prestige Garden Double Rooms (approx. 55m²) are very spacious and feature a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa or armchair, as well as air conditioning, TV, and telephone. The comfortable bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer. A minibar and safe are provided free of charge (minibar stocked upon arrival, see AI description). All rooms have a balcony or terrace with garden views. Also available for single occupancy (1P).

Premium Sea View Double Room (2PM)

Same amenities as the Prestige Garden Double Rooms, with the addition of sea views. Also available for single occupancy (1PM).

A wide selection of locally/regionally produced aperitifs, spirits, and alcoholic beverages, as well as non-alcoholic drinks (including locally produced fruit juices), served by the glass in bars and restaurants from 10 AM to 11 PM. Mineral water is available on request throughout the hotel. A selection of quality wine (served by the glass) during meals (excluding breakfast) and in the bars after 6 PM. This selection includes red, white, and rosé wines. A selection of sparkling wine, served only during breakfast and for cocktails according to the bar menus. Breakfast buffet daily without reservation from 7 AM to 10:30 AM in the LADHA restaurant, Lunch buffet daily without reservation from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM in LADHA, Dinner buffet daily without reservation from 7 PM to 10:30 PM in LADHA. Once during your stay, enjoy an à la carte dinner with prior reservation at MAWIMBI from 7 PM to 10:30 PM. Snacks and drinks are served daily at Nzuri from 10 AM to 8 PM. Afternoon tea at the NZURI restaurant daily from 4 PM to 5 PM. Drinks according to the All-Inclusive package are served from 7:30 PM to 11 PM in the NYOTA Lounge Bar. Weekly gala buffet on the beach (weather permitting, day may vary). If a gala dinner is organized, the LADHA restaurant will be closed for dinner. Coffee and tea are served in all restaurants and bars during opening hours. Minibar stocked on arrival day with two soft drinks or fruit juices per person (for guests over 4 years) in the room and with mineral water as desired. The minibar can be refilled for a fee upon request. The fitness center is open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM under supervision for guests over 16 years old. The wellness area is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM for guests over 16 years old (reservations recommended due to limited capacity).
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, leisure activities (sports and cultural events) are offered daily according to the published program and subject to weather conditions. Iron and ironing board available upon request.
