Location

The "The Residence Zanzibar" is a beautiful luxury hotel complex. The hotel is located directly on the white sandy beach in the southwest of the island, not far from the tranquil fishing village of Kizimkazi. It is approx. 57 km to the international airport and the capital Stone Town (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

The small, exclusive complex features 66 elegantly furnished villas, nestled in a 32-hectare palm garden. The large infinity pool directly on the beach is located in the garden. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired in terms of culinary delights. The main restaurant offers international/continental dishes as well as à la carte cuisine, while The Pavilion offers various theme nights such as Safari Night. The Dining Room Bar is located directly by the pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Luxury Garden Pool Villa

The luxurious, spacious villas are furnished in the island's typical style. The rooms leave nothing to be desired. Standard amenities include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea maker, a bottle of water, safe, bathrobe, hairdryer, mosquito net over the bed, and bicycles. Each villa has its own private pool with a terrace, equipped with an umbrella and comfortable loungers. There is also an outdoor shower in the outdoor area (W2R/W1R).

Luxury Ocean Front Pool Villa

With the same amenities as the Luxury Garden Pool Villa, these are located closer to the beach (L2V/L1V).

Prestige Oceanfront Pool Villa

With the same amenities as the Luxury Garden Pool Villa, but more spacious and with a separate bedroom and living area (NV2/NV1). (Minimum age for children 6 years)

Note

With a 3+1 occupancy, the following applies: An extra bed will be added for the additional person, and another extra bed will be set up in the living area, which may affect the overall space and comfort of the villa. This setup will be arranged according to the guests' wishes. The bathroom will be shared with the guests (i.e., there is only one bathroom), and the living room will be arranged differently if only two guests are staying, as the extra beds will be placed there.
