The Diani Sea Resort is located directly on Diani Beach, approximately 35 kilometers south of Mombasa, Kenya's second-largest city. The airport is about 42 km away.

The popular hotel complex features 170 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, and 3 bars (beach bar, Maasai Bar, pool bar). The outdoor area includes a well-maintained garden with a pool and water slide, as well as a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Double Room Comfort

The Comfort Rooms feature a double bed or two single beds with mosquito nets, individually controlled air conditioning, a safe, a bathroom with shower/toilet and bidet (last renovated in 2020/2021), hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV (no German channels), tea-making facilities, minibar for a fee, and a furnished balcony (Wi-Fi on the balcony) with garden or pool view (2CD/1CD).

Double Room Bahari

These rooms have the same amenities as the Comfort Rooms and some offer sea views (D/DE). Also bookable as a single occupancy double room. Additionally, the minibar is refilled daily (water and beer).

Promo Double Room

Same amenities as the Comfort Double Room, but with a limited quota and a special price.

Family Room Comfort

Same amenities as the Comfort Double Room, plus it is slightly larger and includes an additional room with one or two beds and a fan.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks available at the snack bar from 11 AM to 4 PM. A selection of national and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available from 11 AM to 12 AM at the open bars.

Sports for a fee

Offered by local providers: kitesurfing, jet skiing, scuba diving, glass-bottom boat trips, deep-sea fishing, golf.
Particularly noteworthy is the Kitesurf School 254, located directly on the beach in front of the Diani Sea Lodge. The school is managed by a German founder and owner, who along with her team, offers excellent courses for beginners, intermediates, and professionals.
