Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. Excursion by balloon at 5 am (optional, can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Sailing from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where you will spend the night.
Lunch and dinner, and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Sailing to Esna and visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed over several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. The offer is complemented by cozy lounge bars. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. The spacious sun deck has a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks are available for a fee.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Budget Cabins

The budget cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located in a quiet area, directly on the gently sloping, hotel-owned sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a fantastic holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. The facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception, so you feel comfortable from the first moment, as well as some shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean dishes), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a dine-around option: a visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included per stay for All Inclusive guests (reservations required).
In the outdoor area, there are 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 30 m² in size, bright and friendly, and feature a shower/WC (bathrobe and slippers included in the Pharao Club), hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee and tea maker, smoke detector, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are slightly larger (approx. 34 m²) and equipped with additional sofa beds.

Superior Double Room Sea View guaranteed upper floors

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original Rooms (XO2) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (XO1).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) are approx. 42 m² in size and feature a bath or shower/WC, a spacious bedroom, and a separate living area (separated by a door). The Junior Suites have pool or sea view.
