Depending on the embarkation day, the itinerary may shift.
Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, balloon excursion (optional, can be booked locally).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Sightseeing of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continuing journey from Esna.
Then, proceed to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Afterwards, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue journey to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. The spacious sun deck features a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Drinks at an extra charge.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The hotel, built in Moroccan style by the renowned Jaz Hotel Group, is located directly on the long, private sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay, with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approximately 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, perfect for a stroll. The water park is about 3 km from the hotel.

Facilities

Jaz Makadina is nestled in a beautiful garden complex and features 270 rooms spread across several small buildings. The hotel also offers a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. In addition to the show cooking in the hotel restaurant, the "Dine Around" concept in Souk Makadi provides culinary variety.
The beautifully and spaciously designed garden area includes a pool landscape with two swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double Superior

The tastefully furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily free refill), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), balcony, or terrace. A large bottle of water is provided daily in the room (free of charge).
Also available as Pool View (DSP), Side Sea View (D2S), Sea View (DMU), or for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).
For single occupancy, type B (DEB) is also available at a special price and limited quantity.

Family Suite Superior

The Family Suites (F2U) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are slightly more spacious at approx. 47 m² and feature an additional sitting/sleeping area separated by a curtain.
Also available at an extra charge with pool view (FUP) or sea-facing (FY2).

Suite Superior

The Suite Superior (SU2) rooms, with similar amenities to the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional sitting/sleeping area separated by a curtain.
Also available as Double Deluxe rooms (DD2). In this room type, the sitting/sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Family Room Deluxe

The Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.
Also available at an extra charge with pool view (FPD).

Junior Suite Side Sea View

The spacious (approx. 56 m²) and elegant Junior Suites (J2S) offer a queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs, with the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms. The Junior Suites are 56 m². They offer a variety of beautiful views and are luxuriously furnished.
