Location

The friendly resort is located in the heart of Port Ghalib directly on the private and extensive sandy beach on the Red Sea. The house reef in front offers a diverse and colorful underwater world for divers and snorkelers. The modern marina of Port Ghalib is just a short walk from the resort and offers various shops, restaurants, and bars. Marsa Alam International Airport is approx. 5 km away.

Facilities

The large hotel complex, along with its sister hotel "Albatros Sands Port Ghalib" (RMF072), forms a shared hotel complex. The "Albatros Oasis Port Ghalib" has 205 rooms spread across a main building and several annexes. Guests are welcomed in a spacious lobby with a reception. For culinary delights, there are a total of five restaurants: the buffet restaurant "Souq El Hana" with international cuisine, the "Cardamom Beach Restaurant" with Mediterranean specialties, "Soprano" with Italian cuisine, the "Lagoon Restaurant," and the "Tagine Restaurant." The culinary offerings are complemented by a total of six bars located throughout the premises. The extensive and beautifully landscaped outdoor area features two swimming pools (heated in winter), a children's pool, and a saltwater lagoon. For extra water fun, there is a lazy river and two water slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge for guests by the pool and on the beach. The aqua park offers 10 water slides for adults and 13 slides for children, ensuring fun for all age groups. Additionally, there are two large, heated pools with comfortable sun loungers, allowing guests to enjoy the aqua park in any weather. The aqua park is exclusively available to the Pickalbatros Palace, Sand, and Oasis Port Ghalib hotels. The park is open from May to October from 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 7 PM, and from November to April from 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 4:30 PM, providing guests ample time to make the most of their visit and create lasting memories.

Double Room

The nicely furnished double rooms (D) are approx. 35 m² in size and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace.
Available at an additional charge with pool view (PD) or for single occupancy (DE/PDE).
Also bookable as a Double Room Type I (DI) with a limited contingent and special price.

Family Room Connecting Door

The family rooms (FAV) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door.
In summer 2023, also available at an additional charge with pool view (FVP) or lagoon view (LFV).

Double Room Lagoon View

The double rooms with lagoon view (L2Z) have the same amenities as the double rooms and offer a beautiful view of the lagoon.
Also bookable for single occupancy (L1Z).

Early bird breakfast from 4 AM to 7 AM, breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM, late riser breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9 PM, served buffet-style.
Dinner can be enjoyed in the international, Mediterranean, or Italian, Lagoon, or Tagine restaurants.
Afternoon snacks are available from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic beverages are served from 10 AM to midnight. Selected cocktails are included in the All-Inclusive offer at no extra charge.
Local non-alcoholic beverages are available to guests 24 hours a day.
