Location

The True Beach Resort, which consists of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and sits on a dreamlike coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water in the first row. Offshore corals invite snorkeling (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an Adult-Only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The complex has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside. The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water features are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sun sail. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet style, and once per stay, the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (Adult only, reservation required). Furthermore, the complex has a pool bar "Maya", a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, as well as a hairdresser and spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools can be heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two more bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Snacks are available to guests at the pool bar from 11:30 AM to 5 PM. Tea time with cake and pastries is served in the resort area's lobby bar from 3-4 PM.
