The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a beautifully landscaped 1,500-meter lagoon with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes by boat) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. From Zeytouna Beach, a long jetty extends into the Red Sea. From there, you can experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. El Gouna town center is about 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is about 25 kilometers away.

Built in a Nubian village style, the resort impresses with a cozy atmosphere, characterized by towers, domes, and arches. It features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas. The outdoor area includes four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. There are also four children's pools for the younger guests, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water features. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and on the hotel's private beach. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant and four specialty restaurants, as well as various bars.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 28 sq m) and offer pool/garden or lagoon views. Also available for single use (PR1).

The newly bookable Superior rooms (DSU, 28 sq m) have been renovated and offer various views depending on their location in the hotel – either garden view or refreshing pool view. The rooms are equipped with two different types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, as desired.
