Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

Day 2:
In the morning at 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on site).
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Then, continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Then, proceed to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner on board during the journey.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile.

Continue sailing to Esna.
Day 6:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Continue sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board.
Visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3).

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. The extensive resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended) and is only approx. 40 km from Marsa Alam Airport.
The gently sloping beach offers the opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday. Alternatively, a long jetty leads directly into deeper water, from where you can explore the beautiful and impressive underwater world of the Red Sea. The beach offers the best conditions for snorkeling and diving.

The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 522 rooms. The comfortably and charmingly furnished complex has a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan" - Oriental, "Soprano Restaurant" - International cuisine), an à la carte restaurant ("Shell Fish" - seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants and various bars, and a café, The Bakery.
The spacious outdoor area features 12 pools and 3 children's pools (some heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with over 30 water slides offers fun for all ages.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
Guests of the "Pickalbatros Portofino Villaggio" can use all facilities of the sister hotel "Pickalbatros Portofino Vita" (RMF116).
