Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available boarding will always be taken.

Route description:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, optional balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continue sailing from Esna.
Then, continue to Aswan, where you will also stay overnight.
Lunch and dinner, and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Aswan Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, an opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Continue sailing to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

Luxor Museum

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet. Drinks available at a charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Budget Cabins

The budget cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The modern and stylish Jaz Elite Maraya is located in a dream setting directly on the sea, in the idyllic Madinat Coraya. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday where recreation and family fun can be easily combined. The sandy beach in the long bay is only a few minutes' walk away (beach section of the adjacent Jaz Solaya hotel). The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only approx. 5 km.

Facilities

The "Jaz Elite Maraya" hotel complex was completely rebuilt in 2018/19 and opened for the summer season 2019.
The modern hotel in a stylish ambiance with a total of 202 rooms offers a wide variety of activities for families with children and is therefore perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Egypt.
Children can have fun in the large Splash Kids Pool with fun water features and an octopus slide, build sandcastles on the sand playground, or spend exciting hours in the beautiful Kids Club. For active play, there is a climbing area or football field on the large outdoor playground.
In the family area, parents and children can relax together and recharge their batteries. A main pool (heated in winter) is available for all guests. International and local cuisine is offered in the main restaurant with varied buffets. There is a kids' buffet for the younger guests. A special culinary highlight is a visit to one of the three specialty restaurants: "Nino's" and "Sofra" for lovers of Italian and Oriental cuisine, and "MoMo" for lovers of Asian cuisine (subject to availability and with prior reservation).
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pools and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The attractively furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 42 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, cosmetic mirror, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, tea/coffee maker, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also available for single occupancy (DEU).

Deluxe Double Room (bookable until 30.04.2026)

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but larger (DD2, approx. 52 m²).
Also available for an additional charge with a side sea view (DSL).

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but are larger (approx. 52 m²) and feature a living/sleeping area for the children and a separate bedroom for the parents.
Also available as a Superior Family Room with sea view (FY2) or pool view (FUP).

Katta's Family Room

With similar amenities to the Family Rooms, but furnished in the popular Katta style (KWF), these rooms will make children's hearts beat faster. The Katta rooms have 2 rooms with a connecting door to the parents' bedroom and are equipped with a bunk bed for the children.
Also available as Kattas Family Room Sea Side (KWS) for an additional charge or as Kattas FZ Superior Pool View (KPW) with pool view.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) have the same amenities as the Superior Family Rooms, but are even more spacious (63 m²) and also feature a cozy seating area.
Also available with pool view (FPD), sea view (F2D) or on the sea side (FXD).

Katta's Deluxe Family Room Type A (KWA)
