Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the Nile Majestic Dahabiya and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Day 1
Arrival and boarding
Rest of the day at leisure, including meals and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2
 In the early morning, you have the option of an optional hot air balloon ride.
 Breakfast followed by a visit to the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3).
Return to the boat for lunch. Tea time during the cruise.
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay on an island near Luxor.
Day 3
 Cruise to Edfu. Breakfast and lunch during the cruise.
 Visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3), followed by a cruise to Ramady Island.
Dinner, followed by entertainment and overnight stay on board.
Day 4
In the morning, cruise from Ramady Island to Bassaw Island.
Upon arrival at Bassaw Island, enjoy a one-hour walk through green fields and discover the traditional life of the locals.
Followed by breakfast on board during the cruise.
Arrival in Kom Ombo with an optional visit to the unusual double temple of Sobek and Horus (1,2,3).
 Back on board, lunch during the cruise to Hor Diab Island.

The Nile Majestic Dahabiya is a 58 m long ship with two upper decks and a sun deck. All cabins offer direct Nile views.
The design combines Pharaonic elegance with classic style - inspired by antiquity up to the era of King Farouk. The ship has 16 cabins spread across two decks. Onboard, you will find an elegant buffet restaurant, cozy relaxation areas such as a reading lounge, and a spacious sun deck with a pool area and a comfortable bar.

The extensive resort is located directly on the hotel's private sandy/pebble beach (swimming shoes recommended) and is only approx. 40 km from Marsa Alam Airport.
Due to the gently sloping beach, you have the opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday on the one hand. On the other hand, the long jetty leads directly into deeper water, from where you can get to know the beautiful and impressive underwater world of the Red Sea. The beach offers the best conditions for snorkeling and diving.

The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 522 rooms. The comfortably and charmingly furnished complex has a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan" - Oriental, "Soprano Restaurant" - International cuisine), an à la carte restaurant ("Shell Fish" - Seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants and various bars and a café, The Bakery.
In the extensive outdoor area, there are 12 swimming pools and 3 children's pools (some heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with over 30 water slides offers fun for young and old.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
Guests of the "Pickalbatros Portofino Villaggio" can use all facilities of the sister hotel "Pickalbatros Portofino Vita" (RMF116).
