The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, fully renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab bohemian style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic coastline with a bay with crystal-clear water in the first row to the beach. Offshore corals invite snorkeling (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arab accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an adult-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The resort has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside. The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water features are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, plus the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area.
