Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing trip on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.

Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Afterwards, the ship sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Furthermore, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

The cheerfully furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, and may lack a French balcony and seating area, instead having a non-opening window.

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the dreamlike, hotel-owned sandy lagoon beach, offering the perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty facilitates entry into deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across various buildings. The complex has a reception area with seating and an associated outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), as well as an Island and Kids Pool (all pools are heated in winter). Restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves international à la carte cuisine until the evening and Italian à la carte cuisine in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort has a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 sqm and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, feature a terrace with direct access to the shared pool. The rooms are located in close proximity to the beach.

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea, as well as various freshly squeezed juices (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM, and late riser's breakfast from 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM upon request, included), lunch (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in buffet style. If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability and prior reservation): "Basilico" (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM international cuisine, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM and offers Asian cuisine. At the "Indigo Bar," coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A midnight snack is available for guests from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM in the Boscage Restaurant. Sports Included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years.
