to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon departure for Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and departure for Kom Ombo where you have free time.
Continue to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.

The Nile cruise ship of the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain has a total of 77 outside cabins spread across various decks. It also features a main restaurant, a 24-hour reception, a lounge bar, a hairdresser (on request), a souvenir shop, and a sun deck with a pool and bar. Beach towels are included on board.

The Jaz Amara resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach in the first row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its sea turtle population and has a house reef ideal for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday accommodation is located approximately 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the harbor of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly built hotel complex comprises a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the resort. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and has been generously conceived. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay, and features a reception with various seating areas and a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. There are seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already provided in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex offers a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Adjacent to it is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are at your disposal.

Double Room Superior

The friendly furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two twin beds. A tea and coffee station is also available in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also bookable for single use.

Double Room Superior Guaranteed Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single use (MSE).

Double Room Premium Swim-up

The Double Rooms Premium Swim-up (DWP) are bookable as Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but with direct access to the shared pool. The rooms also feature the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, additional 2 bathrobes and slippers, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolates, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are only included once).

Double Deluxe

The Double Deluxe (DD2) rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, are larger (approx. 56m²) and suitable for families due to their features (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Optionally available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. Furthermore, the Executive Suites have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.
The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² in size and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. The rooms also have a spacious terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea view.

Double Room Superior Premium (RMFA45)

While otherwise having the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 10 PM) in buffet style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), which are included once per stay/guest (except for Teppanyaki), but available for a fee thereafter: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Afternoon tea is served from 12:30 PM to 5 PM. Various bars offer various refreshments and snacks during the day, such as the "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar," "Fantasia Lobby Bar," and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
Gentlemen must wear long trousers and appropriate footwear; no tank tops or shorts of any length.
