Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.

Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

The pleasantly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) than the suites with otherwise the same amenities, and may not have a French balcony or seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

The Tucana Pool Suites (PSW) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but are larger (approx. 50-65 sqm), with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, and access to a private outdoor shower (partially screened and not visible), seating area, and terrace with access to the private pool. The unique dining concept offers you breakfast from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 4 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 10 PM in one of the hotel's three à la carte restaurants ("Lucina", "Gaia", "Yades"). As a Posh Club member (booked suite), you also have the option to have your breakfast exclusively in the "Posh Club Lounge." A sparkling wine breakfast is included for you in all four restaurants. Additionally, dinner can also be taken in the buffet restaurant or in one of the eight different à la carte restaurants of the "SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort Select" (Mexican, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Steak, Diet & Light, Bedouin Restaurant).
