When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and a visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Visit to the Luxor Museum in the afternoon (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Sailing to Edfu in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The cheerfully decorated suites (S2) are approximately 24 sqm in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually controllable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approximately 13 sqm in size and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only a single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise identical amenities to the suites, and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

The Albatros Makadi Resort is located in the popular Makadi Bay. The Albatros Makadi Resort is only approx. 35 km from Hurghada International Airport. The completely renovated resort has 869 spacious rooms spread across several buildings. The hotel also features a cozy lobby and various shops. For your culinary enjoyment, there are six buffet restaurants and two snack restaurants (Asian, Oriental, Italian, Seafood, Steakhouse, and more) as well as five bars.
The spacious and friendly outdoor area features 20 pools with 10 integrated children's pools and a separate children's pool (three of which are heated in winter), as well as the Adults-Aqua-Park-Tower with six slides. A small aquapark with 10 slides (six for teens and four for younger children) is available for children.

Splash Room Aqua Park View

The rooms (HD2) are approx. 106 sqm and consist of two rooms with a connecting door (one bedroom with a king-size bed and one with twin beds). The rooms have two bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, dressing area, minibar (daily water free of charge) and a spacious balcony with a view of the Aqua Park.
