When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and the visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

Route:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Afterwards, the ship continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The cheerfully furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or a double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the balcony also has a small table and two chairs.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

The Albatros Makadi Resort is located in the popular Makadi Bay. The Albatros Makadi Resort is only approx. 35 km from Hurghada International Airport. The completely renovated resort has 869 spacious rooms spread across several buildings. The hotel also features a cozy lobby and various shops. Six buffet restaurants and two snack restaurants (Asian, Oriental, Italian, Seafood, Steakhouse, and more) as well as five bars cater to your culinary needs.
The spacious and pleasantly designed outdoor area features 20 pools with 10 integrated children's pools and a separate children's pool (three of which are heated in winter), as well as the Adults-Aqua-Park-Tower with six slides. Splash Room with Aqua Park View

The rooms (HD2) are approx. 106 m² and consist of two rooms with an connecting door (one bedroom with a king-size bed and one with twin beds).
