Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue sailing from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where you will also stay overnight.
Lunch and dinner, and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue sailing to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Promo Cabins

The promo cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Spend the most beautiful time of the year in the wonderful complex of the Albatros Palace Resort. This very generously laid-out holiday resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach with a house reef. Here you can experience the beauty of the Red Sea while diving and snorkeling. The center of Hurghada is about 18 km away, the airport approx. 11 km.

Design your vacation day with numerous activities, then relax in the wellness area and enjoy international delicacies in the various restaurants. The attractive, upscale hotel consists of a main building and several annex buildings housing a total of 621 rooms. The hotel offers a reception with a spacious lobby in the luxurious entrance area, a hairdresser/beauty salon (for a fee), a shopping arcade, and an ATM. Six restaurants, including those with Asian and Italian cuisine, various bars, cafés, and an oriental pub cater to your palate. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a large, lagoon-like pool landscape with several pools (1 heated from November to April) and a separate fun area for children with slides and fountains (1 heated children's pool). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach.
The water park of the neighboring hotel "Beach Albatros" with its 18 slides, 11 of which are for adults and 7 for children, can be used free of charge.

Double Room

The modern rooms (D) are approx. 36 m² in size and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar (daily refilled with water and soft drinks, included once per stay), kettle, safe (included), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also available with pool (PD) or sea view (DM) and for single use (DE/DEM).
Also bookable as type I (DI/DEI) at a special price with limited availability.
