Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the most favorable available room category. Embarkation is always on Mondays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay in Hurghada is mandatory. The next available embarkation date will always be used.

Day 1:
Check-out from the hotel in Hurghada, then transfer by bus (approx. 5 hours drive). On the way, you will visit the Temple of Hathor (1.2), then proceed to the town of Nag Hammadi, where your cruise ship awaits. Upon arrival at the port, a welcome drink. Embarkation and lunch on board. Dinner on board and overnight stay in Nag Hammadi.
Day 2:
Breakfast on board, transfer by bus (130 km south) to visit the capital of ancient Upper Egypt, "The Charming City of Luxor". The full-day tour includes a visit to the Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Artisans (2). Lunch in a restaurant is included. Option for an excursion to the Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple (bookable on-site), then return to the ship. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Nag Hammadi.
Day 3:
Early morning sailing from Nag Hammadi to Al Balyana (approx. 3 hours drive north). Visit the Temple of Seti I in Abydos (2), then return transfer to the ship and lunch on board while sailing to Sohag (approx. 4 hours drive north). In the afternoon, there is an option to visit the White and Red Monasteries in Sohag. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Sohag.
Day 4:
Enjoy your stay on board during the Nile journey from Sohag to Mallawi, crossing the Assiut Governorate (approx. 15 hours drive). Overnight on board in Mallawi.
Day 5:
After breakfast, visit Tel El Amarna, "The City of Akhetaten" (2), to discover the remains of the capital of the 18th Dynasty, followed by a visit to the Beni Hassan Tombs (2). Lunch on board. Continue sailing to Beni Suef (approx. 12 hours drive). Dinner and overnight on board in Beni Suef.
Day 6:
After breakfast, time for an optional visit to Hawara and Lahoun, "Pyramids of the Middle Kingdom". Lunch on board. In the afternoon, continue sailing to Cairo (approx. 13 hours drive). Dinner during the sailing and overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board, then visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (1.2). Afterwards, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (2). Lunch is included during the excursion. Return to the ship, dinner, and overnight stay on board in Cairo.
There is an option for an evening excursion to visit historic Cairo, such as the Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, Moez Street, and the Sound and Light show in the pyramid area (bookable on-site).
Day 8:
After breakfast, check out from the ship and transfer by luxury VIP bus to Hurghada (approx. 6 hours drive).

Location

Built in Moroccan style, the hotel, part of the renowned Jaz Hotel group, is located directly on the long private sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approximately 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars that invite you to stroll. The water park is about 3 km from the hotel.

The Jaz Makadina is nestled in beautiful gardens and has 270 rooms spread across several small buildings within the complex. The hotel is also equipped with a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. In addition to show cooking in the hotel restaurant, the "Dine Around" concept of Souk Makadi ensures culinary variety.
The beautifully and spaciously designed garden complex features a pool landscape with two swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

The tastefully furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (daily replenished free of charge), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), balcony or terrace. A large bottle of water is provided daily in the room (free of charge).
Also available for single use (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Superior Family Suite

The Family Suites (F2U) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are slightly more spacious at approx. 47 m² and feature an additional sitting/sleeping area separated by a curtain from the rest of the room.
Available with pool view (FUP) or sea side (FY2) at an additional charge.

Superior Suite

The Suite Superior (SU2) rooms have similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional sitting/sleeping area separated by a curtain from the rest of the room.
Also bookable as Deluxe Double Room (DD2). In this room, the sitting/sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) have the same amenities as the Superior Family Rooms. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.
Available with pool view (FPD) at an additional charge.

Junior Suite with side sea view

The spacious (approx. 56 m²) and elegant Junior Suites (J2S) offer, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, a queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs. The Junior Suites are 56 m². They offer a variety of beautiful views and are luxuriously furnished.
