Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all transfers between locations. When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and the High Dam in Aswan. Of course, the excursion packages listed below can still be booked.

Depending on the embarkation day, the route may shift.
Route:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit the double temple (1,2,3).
Sailing on to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3) after breakfast.
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Then the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

Departure.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

The pleasantly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony. Also available for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks. On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, but possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, featuring a non-opening window.

The beach boasts white sand and a beautiful view over the crystal-clear water of the bay. The nearest town, Safaga, is about 20 km away and offers some shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars. Hurghada Downtown is about 55 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 50 km away.

Double Room Superior Side Sea View

The Double Rooms Superior side sea view (DSS) feature queen or twin-size beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with WC and shower, hairdryer, TV, and a safe. Additionally, the rooms offer a side sea view.
Also bookable at an extra charge with frontal sea view (FUM) or with side sea and pool view (DMU).
Also available for single occupancy (DE1/EUM/UME).

Double Room Superior Front Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and offer sea views. The rooms offer frontal sea views and are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel.
Also available for single occupancy (MSE).

Double Room Superior Grand Side Sea View

The Superior Rooms Type B (DSB) are approx. 50 sqm and feature a queen-size bed and a seating area that can be converted into a bed. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, minibar (water is refilled daily. Everything else is for a fee) and a hairdryer. This room type can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms are located on the first and second floors and have a side sea view.

Family Room Deluxe Pool and Sea View

The Family Rooms Deluxe (F2D) are approx. 60 sqm and feature either a king-size bed or two single beds. These rooms are larger and have two rooms, a main bedroom and a seating area that can be converted into beds, with bathrooms featuring a rain shower and a separate WC and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers. Additionally, there is a large separate dressing room with large mirrors. A smart TV with cable/satellite TV channels, two direct-dial telephones, and a safe are also available in the room. Free tea and coffee making facilities and a high-speed internet connection. Minibar (water, daily refill included, other items for a fee). Balcony or terrace.

Executive Suite Private Swim Up Pool

The Executive Suites (X2S) have the same amenities as the Superior rooms with side sea view, but are larger (approx. 57 sqm), have a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and feature a private swim-up pool. The minibar is refilled daily with water free of charge (everything else for a fee), and an espresso coffee machine is available for a fee.
