Product information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

Route:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continued sailing from Esna.
Then, proceed to Aswan, where you will stay overnight.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, an opportunity to visit a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Continue sailing to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse and shop. The spacious sun deck features a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The approx. 50 sqm (including 4 sqm balcony/terrace) Jacuzzi Suites (S2J) feature a couple's Jacuzzi, shower, WC, vanity mirror, air conditioning, safe, minibar (daily refill with water, juice, beer, soft drinks), Smart TV with German channels, coffee and tea making facilities, and a swing chair on the terrace.
Also available for single occupancy (S1J).

Pure Standard Suite

The approx. 27 sqm Pure Standard Suites (SAJ) are smaller than the Jacuzzi Suites, with similar amenities. Some suites have a small balcony with visual privacy screening and face the land side or the promenade. The rooms have a Jacuzzi.

Swim Up Suite

The Swim Up Suites (2SU), with similar amenities to the Jacuzzi Suites, feature direct access to the terrace pool (heated in winter) and are more spacious at approx. 50 sqm (including 4 sqm terrace).
Also available for single use (1SU).

Penthouse

Located on the upper floors, the Penthouse Suites (P2) are equipped like the Jacuzzi Suites, but are more spacious at approx. 107 sqm (including 16 sqm balcony), with a separate living room, a private pool (heated in winter), and a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single occupancy (P1).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) are approx. 27 sqm and equipped with shower/WC, espresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi, vanity mirror, safe. The rooms do not have a Jacuzzi or balcony and face the land side.

Young Traveler Room

The Young Traveler Rooms (YTR) are equipped like the Super Saver Rooms and are available for young adults aged 18-29. Limited availability and special price.
