Product information

Combination package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available boarding date will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional hot air balloon trip (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continued journey from Esna.
Then proceed to Aswan, where you will stay overnight.
Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Drive to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue sailing to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

Luxor Museum

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious meals. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style. Drinks are available for a fee.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and have a bathroom with bath/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

These cabins have the same amenities as the standard cabins but are slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and have only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The luxurious hotel, built in Nubian style and part of the renowned Jaz Hotel chain, offers vacationers an oasis of tranquility. Located in the popular Madinat Makadi, the resort is about 400 meters from Makadi Bay. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea right at your own house reef, which extends almost to the beach. Here, beach holidays can be combined with wellness relaxation. You can unwind in the modern spa. In the nearby Makadi Center, you'll find numerous shopping opportunities, or you can opt for one of the cozy bars and restaurants. Hurghada Airport is approximately 35 km away.

The charming hotel complex is nestled in beautiful gardens, ensuring a relaxing holiday. Starting from May 1, 2026, the hotel will also be run as adults-only (bookable for ages 16 and up). The resort comprises a total of 167 rooms. The inviting lobby with reception warmly welcomes guests, making you feel comfortable from the first moment. The main restaurant with a terrace and several bars cater to your culinary needs. Additionally, you can find several à la carte restaurants in Madinat Makadi, which can be used for a fee.
In the extensive garden area, there is a heated swimming pool (heated in winter) with a pool/snack bar. There is a beach bar by the sea, which can be used free of charge during the day. Umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

Double Superior

The tastefully furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approximately 32 m² in size and are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace.
Pool view (DSP) is also available at an additional charge.
Also available for single use (DEU/ESP).

Family Room

Family rooms (DF2) are larger than the Double Superior rooms, measuring 45 m², with the same amenities. Bookable until 04/30/26.

Junior Suite Pool View

The elegant Junior Suites (J2P) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, but also include a bedroom, a living area with a connecting door, and 2 bathrooms/toilets. The Junior Suites are approximately 64 m² in size.

Deluxe Garden View

The Deluxe Garden View rooms (D2G) are larger than the Double Superior rooms, with 45 m², and have the same amenities. Bookable from 05/01/26.

Royal Suite

In addition to the amenities of the Double Superior rooms, the Royal Suite (RS) offers a king-size bed, a private (heated in winter) pool, and a terrace. They are approximately 80 m² in size and can accommodate 2 adults.
