Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Monday. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay in Hurghada is mandatory. The next possible boarding date will always be taken.

Day 1:
Transfer from Hurghada to Cairo by our luxury VIP bus (approx. 6 hours drive).
Welcome drink upon arrival at the port. Check-in on board. Lunch and dinner on board and overnight stay in Cairo.
There is an option for an evening excursion to visit historic Cairo, such as the Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, Moez Street, and the Sound and Light show in the Pyramids area (can be booked on-site).
Day 2:
Breakfast on board. Visit the Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx (1.2). Afterwards, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (2). Lunch at a restaurant during the excursion. Return to the ship and departure for Beni Suif (approx. 15 hours drive). Dinner on board and overnight stay in Beni Suif.
Day 3:
After breakfast, optional visit to the Hawara and Lahoun Pyramids of the Middle Kingdom. Continue to Al Minya City (approx. 15 hours drive). Lunch on board during the journey. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Al Minya.
Day 4:
Breakfast. Visit Tel El Amarna "The City of Akhetaton" (2), followed by a visit to the Beni Hassan Tombs (2). Afterwards, return to the ship and lunch on board. Continue to Assuit (approx. 10 hours drive). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Assuit.
Day 5:
Departure early in the morning for Suhag (approx. 10 hours drive). In the afternoon, optional visit to the White and Red Monasteries in Suhag. Meals on board and overnight stay in Suhag.
Day 6:
Early in the morning, the ship will cross the Suhag Bridge and continue its journey to Al Balyana (approx. 4 hours drive). After breakfast, possibility to visit the Temple of Seti I in Abydos (2). Afterwards, return to the ship in Al Balyana and continue to Nag Hammadi. Meals on board and overnight stay in Nag Hammadi.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board, transfer by bus (130 km south) to visit the capital of ancient Upper Egypt, "The charming city of Luxor". The full-day tour includes a visit to the Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Artisans (2). Lunch at a restaurant during the excursion. Optional excursion to the Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple is possible. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Nag Hammadi.
Day 8:
After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Hurghada by bus. On the way, visit the Temple of the Goddess Hathor in Dendera (1.2) and then continue to Hurghada. A packed lunch is included. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Hurghada.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes. The offer is complemented by a reading corner and a lounge bar. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. There is also a billiard room on board. You can relax and enjoy your vacation on the spacious sun deck with a pool and bar.

Spend a wonderful holiday with a direct beach location at the popular Beach Albatros Resort of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and be enchanted. The resort is located directly on the fine sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. Hurghada city center is about 17 km away, and the airport is about 11 km away.

Facilities

Spacious hotel lobby with modern chandelier, blue chairs, and a grand piano.
This particularly family-friendly resort has 678 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be comfortably reached by the five elevators. The reception hall offers a reception area and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique" - Asian, "Le Marche" - International, "Culina" - Seafood, "Sidi Ali" - Oriental cuisine), a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar", newly opened in summer 2023, impresses with its luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. Outside, there is a pool landscape with a total of 13 swimming pools (some heated in winter), four of which have integrated children's areas and a children's pool, 11 slides for adults, and 7 slides for children, ensuring plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

The Bungalow Garden View (BG2) rooms are approximately 24 m² in size and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiled floor, air conditioning, telephone, safe (incl.), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person per day included), electric kettle, and balcony or terrace.

Double Superior Pool View

The Double Superior Pool View rooms (DSP) are equipped like the Bungalow Garden View rooms, but are larger (approx. 36m²) and have a pool view. The rooms may be located in the main building or in the annexes.
Also bookable with sea view (DMU).

Double Room Sea View

The Double Room Sea View (DM) rooms have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, additionally offer sea view, and are located in the main building.
Also bookable for single use (DEM).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, are distributed throughout the hotel complex, and have a limited contingent.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, but are larger (approx. 48 m²), consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace.
Additionally bookable as Type I rooms (DFI) with a special price and limited availability.

Afternoon coffee/tea, cakes, and pastries. Ice cream for adults and children from 1-5 pm. All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bars.
