Product information

Combo product consisting of a Nile cruise on MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Mondays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay in Hurghada is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

Day 1:
Transfer from Hurghada to Cairo by our luxury VIP bus (approx. 6 hours drive).
Upon arrival at the port, welcome drink. Check-in on board. Lunch and dinner on board and overnight stay in Cairo.
There is an option for an optional evening excursion to visit historic Cairo, such as the Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, Moez Street, and the Sound and Light show in the Pyramid area (can be booked locally).
Day 2:
Breakfast on board. Visit to the Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx (1.2). Afterwards, visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (2). Lunch at a restaurant during the excursion. Return to the ship and departure for Beni Suef (approx. 15 hours drive). Dinner on board and overnight stay in Beni Suef.
Day 3:
After breakfast, optional visit to the Middle Kingdom's Hawara and Lahoun Pyramids. Continue to Al Minya City (approx. 15 hours drive). Lunch on board during the drive. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Al Minya.
Day 4:
Breakfast. Visit to Tel El Amarna "City of Akhetaton" (2), followed by a visit to the Beni Hassan Tombs (2). Afterwards, return to the ship and lunch on board. Continue to Assiut (approx. 10 hours drive). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Assiut.
Day 5:
Departure early in the morning for Sohag (approx. 10 hours drive). In the afternoon, optional visit to the White and Red Monasteries in Sohag. Meals on board and overnight stay in Sohag.
Day 6:
In the early morning, the ship will cross the Sohag Bridge and continue sailing to Al Balyana (approx. 4 hours drive). After breakfast, option to visit the Temple of Seti I in Abydos (2). Afterwards, return to the ship in Al Balyana and continue to Nag Hammadi. Meals on board and overnight stay in Nag Hammadi.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board, transfer by bus (130 km south) to visit the capital of ancient Upper Egypt, "The charming city of Luxor." The full-day tour includes a visit to the Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Artisans (2). Lunch at a restaurant during the excursion. Option for an optional excursion to the Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Nag Hammadi.
Day 8:
After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Hurghada by bus. On the way, you will visit the Temple of the Goddess Hathor in Dendera (1.2) and then continue to Hurghada. A lunch snack is included. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Hurghada.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. A reading corner and a lounge bar complement the offerings. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. There is also a billiard room on board. You can relax and enjoy your vacation on the spacious sun deck with a pool and bar.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet. Drinks are available for a fee.

The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a beautifully landscaped 1,500-meter-long lagoon with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes by boat) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. From Zeytouna Beach, a long jetty extends into the Red Sea. Experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. The center of El Gouna is approx. 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 kilometers away.

Built in Nubian village style, the complex impresses with a cozy flair, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas of the complex. The outdoor area features four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. There are also four children's pools for the little ones, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water features. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pools and on the hotel's private beach. For your culinary well-being, there is a main restaurant and four different specialty restaurants, as well as various bars.

Comfort Double Room (DK2)

The tastefully decorated rooms (approx. 21 m²) have been fully renovated and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with pool and garden view. Also available for single use (DK1).

Premium Room (PR2)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 28 m²) and offer pool/garden or lagoon views. Also available for single use (PR1).

Family Room (DF2)

The cozy family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 37 m²).

Superior Double Room

The newly bookable Superior rooms (DSU, 28 m²) are renovated and offer a choice of different views depending on the room's location in the hotel – either with a garden view or a refreshing pool view. The rooms are equipped with two different types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, as desired. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Available for single use (DSE).

Superior Plus Double Room

The rooms (DSB) are more spacious (approx. 35 m²) with similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms. The rooms have been renovated and are newly bookable.

The main restaurant "Sunny Restaurant" offers breakfast (7 AM - 10 AM), lunch (1 PM - 3 PM), and dinner (6 PM - 9 PM) as a buffet. Additionally, the restaurant offers tea time with various snacks from 4 PM to 5 PM. There are also several specialty restaurants: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30 AM - 11 AM buffet-style), lunch (11 AM - 3 PM à la carte for a fee) and in the evening (6 PM - 9 PM à la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at lunchtime (12 PM - 3 PM à la carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (6:30 PM - 9 PM à la carte) and "Chez Pascal" with a selection of various specialties (6:30 PM - 9 PM à la carte for a fee on Fridays). Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or All-Inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants in other hotels – at no extra cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of your stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: once for stays of four nights or more, up to 3 times for five to seven nights, and up to 4 times for eight nights or more. Guests of 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from 3 or 4-star hotels can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
