The newly built hotel impresses with its particularly luxurious atmosphere and is located in the dreamlike bay of Abu Soma, directly on the 300 m long private beach. The beach captivates with its white sand and the beautiful view over the crystal-clear water of the bay. The nearest town, Safaga, can be reached after approx. 20 km and offers some shops, restaurants, and bars. Hurghada Downtown is about 55 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 50 km away.

The original schauinsland rooms are modernly furnished (DSP, approx. 50m²) and feature a king-size bed or two single beds, a large bathroom with rain shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily free refill), minibar (water is refilled daily. Everything else for a fee), safe (included), balcony or terrace.
When booking this room, guests will receive the following additional amenities:

Double Room Superior Partial Sea View

The Double Rooms Superior Partial Sea View (DSS) have queen-size or twin beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, TV, and a safe. Additionally, the rooms offer a partial sea view.
Also bookable at an additional charge with frontal sea view (FUM) or with partial sea and pool view (DMU).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DE1/EUM/UME).

Double Room Superior Front Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable original schauinsland-reisen rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and have sea view. The rooms offer frontal sea views and are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel.
Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Double Room Superior Grand Partial Sea View

The Superior Rooms Type B (DSB) are approx. 50 m² and feature a queen-size bed and a seating area that can be converted into a bed. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, minibar (water is refilled daily. Everything else for a fee), and a hairdryer. This room type can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms are located on the first and second floors and have a partial sea view.

Family Room Deluxe Pool and Sea View

The Family Rooms Deluxe (F2D) are approx. 60 m² and have either a king-size bed or two single beds. These rooms are larger and feature two rooms, a main bedroom and a seating area that can be converted into beds, with bathrooms featuring a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, there is a large separate dressing room with large mirrors. A smart TV with cable/satellite TV channels, two direct-dial telephones, and a safe are also available in the room. Free tea and coffee making facilities and high-speed internet connection. Minibar (water, daily refill included, others for a fee). Balcony or terrace.

Executive Suite Private Swim Up Pool

The Executive Suites (X2S) have the same amenities as the Superior Rooms Partial Sea View, but are larger (approx. 57 m²), have a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and feature a private swim-up pool. The minibar is refilled daily with water free of charge (everything else for a fee), and an espresso coffee machine is available for an extra charge.
