Location

The particularly family-friendly hotel complex is located in immediate proximity to Makadi Bay. The hotel is situated approximately 600m from the natural beach of the sister hotel Serenity Beach with its adjacent coral reef (swimming shoes are recommended). Access to the open sea (behind the coral reef) is via a bathing jetty. A free shuttle bus runs between the beach and the hotel several times a day. The vibrant downtown of Hurghada is about 40 km away; a shuttle bus runs twice daily (for a fee). The distance to Hurghada Airport is approximately 35 km.

The complex impresses with its modern and timeless design. The total of 499 stylishly furnished rooms are spread across a main building and several outbuildings. Facilities include a spacious reception area with a reception desk and various shops. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant "Le Monde" serving international cuisine and three à la carte restaurants offering Italian, Asian, and Oriental dishes. Three bars complement the excellent offerings. In the extensive and well-maintained garden area, there are three freshwater swimming pools and a separate children's pool, as well as a snack bar.
One of the largest aqua parks in Makadi is located directly in the rear part of the large garden area. A total of 26 water slides (11 slides for adults, 3 slides for teenagers, and 12 slides for children) provide plenty of watery fun for all ages. For a quick bite in between, a food court with pizza, pasta, and other snacks is available at the huge water park. Additionally, the "Luna Park" (for a fee) with many adventures for the whole family is located in the garden.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and in the aqua park.

Double Room Superior

The modern and comfortable Double Rooms Superior (DSU) are approx. 35 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, electric kettle, coffee and tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.

Double Room Superior Pool View

The modern and comfortable Double Rooms Superior (DSU) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior but with a pool view.
Also available for single use (ESP).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) consist of two connecting double rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, which otherwise have the same amenities. The rooms have two bathrooms.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with a limited quota and a special price.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9:30 pm buffet style in the main restaurant.
One dinner in an à la carte restaurant (reservation required) is free of charge twice a week. An additional visit costs €5 per person.
Snacks and ice cream available during the day from 12-5 pm. Local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and hot beverages from 10 am to 11 pm at the respective open bars.
Snacks and drinks at the beach of the sister hotel Serenity Beach are included.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to All Inclusive, enjoy dinner once a week (with a minimum stay of 7 days) in one of the four à la carte restaurants (Oriental, Royal, Asian, or Mexican). (A total of three à la carte dinners are included.)
The à la carte restaurants with Brazilian and Japanese cuisine can be used for an additional charge of approx. $20 p.p. per dish.
Club breakfast in the "Bay Watch" restaurant can be used unlimited with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available to guests around the clock. Local premium alcoholic beverages until midnight.
