Location

The popular Iberotel Makadi Beach hotel is located directly on the beautiful and long sandy beach of the idyllic Makadi Bay. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea. The hotel's own reef grows to the shore in places, offering excellent diving and snorkeling conditions. Just a few meters from the hotel is the Makadi Souk, where you can look for souvenirs or enjoy oriental dishes in one of the nice restaurants. Hurghada is approximately 35 km to the north.

Facilities

The spacious complex with double-storey accommodation units, stretching along the pool and garden landscape to the beach, leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel has 313 rooms, a welcoming lobby with reception, a fun pub, and shops and boutiques. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants, as well as an oriental restaurant. Further à la carte restaurants are available to guests in Madinat Makadi for a fee.
The extensive outdoor area features a swimming pool (heated in winter) and a swimming pool with an adjacent children's pool and waterfall, a sun terrace, a pool bar, and a pool restaurant. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool.

Double Room Superior

The Double Superior rooms (DSU) are tastefully and comfortably furnished (approx. 36 sqm) with shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, tiled floor, satellite TV, telephone, safe, apples, cookies on arrival, and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.
Also available as Pool view (DSP), Side sea view (DSS), Sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/EMU).

Double Room Superior Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single occupancy (MSE).

Junior Suite Side Sea View

The Junior Suites (J2S) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms but are larger (approx. 50 sqm) with a living area and coffee machine, and a side sea view.

Once per stay, you can have dinner at one of the specialty restaurants in a neighboring hotel as part of the Dine Around concept (reservations required).
