The small and cozy hotel is located directly on the exclusive Abu Tig Marina, the well-known yacht harbor of El Gouna. Here you will find numerous specialty restaurants as well as diverse shopping and entertainment options. El Gouna also impresses with its many beautiful lagoons that crisscross the town. The hotel's own beach, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, is about 200 meters away. The center of El Gouna is about 2 km away. Hurghada Airport is about 40 km away.

The Superior Premium rooms (SPU) are modernly furnished (approx. 24 sqm) and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, and a minibar (for a fee).
These rooms are only bookable until summer 2025.
Also available for single occupancy (SPE).

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) are modernly furnished (approx. 24 sqm) and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, and a minibar (for a fee).
These rooms are bookable from Winter 25/26.
